Have had solar panels for about 2 years and have a damaged panel and I guess they have gone out of business cause the phone number is disconnected. I hope karma catches up with them
The reviews I have read is absolutely correct this company is fraud and ripping people off, what they are doing is fraudulent. They are charging a ridiculous amount get their money and stick you with a debt The company went out of business and dividend fiancé company got screwed around in the process. we all got scammed.
If this is your first entry into solar, I would not recommend them. As with most sales pitches I was over promised. But that’s not even a concern now. Because it’s been 5 months since I’ve had the panels on my house, and 1 month since BPU gave the solar it’s blessing, and I have no clue what’s going on. I was told there was an app, but not what app, I was told I’d get an email with details and never received an email. We have been unable to communicate with our system since 4 -1-21. I have no idea whether it is working or not?? This companies phone number is now answered by another company and they have no knowledge of my system. I'm holding out hope that a different company we'd signed an extended warranty agreement with when we bought this system will be able to resolve our problem. Company closed down after it installed my system. No notification, no explanation. Now I'm stuck with a system that doesn't work and finding out the hard way I have no one to service it and have to pay another company to work on it. Pete and Chad Franklin are crooks and need to leave Kansas city.
