Disappointing donuts. The vanilla cake donuts were overcooked, dry, and lacked freshness/flavor, the glazed and raised donuts were old and dry, tasted like pre-packaged donuts. The only donut that tasted pretty fresh was the devil's food cake donut. I was there at 9:30am on a Friday so it was early. This was my first time trying this place. I am a donut lover so have tried many donuts in my life for comparison. I will not be back. KC donuts used to be the best in town!! I don’t know what changed we DoorDash donuts almost every weekend and they are consistently nasty. They are dried out and hard!
Love this place and always love interacting with the staff. It’s nice to go in in the morning and enjoy the service that you receive as opposed to someone sleepwalking behind the counter.
Best donuts in town! I had given up finding really fresh and tasty donuts in Johnson County, so glad we tried them today!
