I ordered a dozen donut holes for delivery today as a first time customer. I didn't think to choose what should happen if they were out of stock, and never changed the default action from the merchant choosing an appropriate substitute (my mistake). Needless to say, the store ran out of donut holes, which is understandable. I was given a dozen assorted donuts instead at four times the price. I am suggesting what I received was not an appropriate substitute. I won't be reordering from this store.

Yum! One of our favorite go to donut spots. Lots of options. Affordable.
Customer service was average in the store is small and cute, but to me, the most important thing are the donuts. We ordered two longjohns filled with custard, one glazed donut, and one glazed donut with sprinkles. It cost approximately $10.25. I felt like Dunkin’ would’ve had about the same taste and quality. I’m not the biggest fan of Dunki’, so that’s why KC Donut Co. got one star for food.
This little shop is so amazing. Very delicious and incredibly clean. The owner was very inviting and kind answered. All of our questions. Definitely recommend coming here.
