I called asking for an appointment on July 17, 2025. Since I was a new patient, they scheduled my appointment middle of August, they sent me paperwork to fill out which I did and sent promptly. A week before my appointment, they called and rescheduled, no apologies what so ever. The week before my re-scheduled appointment, they called me again to reschedule, no apologies what so ever. I went here for prolia shot 6 months ago, it took me 3 months to get this done because ofc was so disorganized. Then knowing I had so many problems I call 2 weeks ago and said is there anything I can do to make sure this goes smoother then the first time, was told no everything is ready. Big surprise they weren't ready for me and no one ordered my shot. What do I need to do help your staff to get my shot. It makes me question your professionalism
I’ve never been here, although I was looking for an endocrinologist, but thanks to the review I will NOT ever bring my family member here. Dr & staff that do not take accountability Is crazy work!
Blessing in disguise that I didn’t have an appointment with Dr. Mounla! I had a referral sent here about 2-3 weeks ago for my thyroid disorder. My appointment was on a Thursday at 8 AM. I unfortunately, to no fault of my own, had to take my son to the urgent care because he was sick and had to not show up to my appointment that morning. I would stay far away from Dr. Yaser. I was referred to him for a mysterious disorder that was effecting my endocrine system. Of course as most doctors anymore he took one look at my abnormal labs and immediately dismissed me and called it anxiety. He ran labs once again and they came back abnormal AGAIN, I waited weeks for a call back and noting.
