We went to Jennifer Vyas while she was in the Olathe office. She is nice. However, we got billed for a crown that never happened. He came in for a routine check up. The crown was part of his treatment plan. However, it was not done during that visit. The billing somehow filed it as if he received it that day. I took three boys. Such a pleasant experience! They were thorough and oh so nice. The hygienists put the boys at ease and were soothing. Parents can be with their child every step of the way. The dentist came in with a reassuring manner. Her recommendations were conservative and well-explained. I feel like we found a rare jewel. The doctor is amazing and the DA Sandra amazing .
I’ve gone twice now and each time I’ve had an amazing experience. Both times everybody I have met has been incredibly kind and friendly. They definitely know how to work with kids and do a great job of it, connecting with my kids and going at their pace. It’s also been super helpful to me as they give me advice on the next stage of development and let me know what is typical for kiddos.
