Dropped off a pair of expensive hunting pats to just have the zipper replaced. Dropped them off 12/19 and did not get them back. Followed up end of December, they said alterations guy was on vacation for two week. Called again early January, they said they probably aren’t done yet. Called again end of January and they said they lost them. $190 pair of pants just disappeared. Never use this company.

I asked for medium starch. This is no starch! Is barely even ironed or steamed well…other clothes came back also, with colors so degraded! I spent over 100.00 for two orders and they are all basically ruined! The green top was a pretty green not like like diarrhea! Looks like baby poo! Also, my skirt is still inside out and the tag isn’t even ironed down and is this how you hang a skirt? And my two blue striped shirts. One is totally ruined because on part of the stripes the color is now so faded and the other striped shirt…... read more

Took several expensive dress shirts in to be cleaned. Did not get them all back and was told one was running behind. After two weeks called back and couldn’t find it. Stopped answering my calls and would not return messages. Reported to BBB and they even argued then. $100 brand new shirt lost/stolen by KC cleaners and would not pay for it even with receipt being shown it was purchased two days before being taken to them. Place doesn’t care, takes your money and apparently steals your shirts.
