I'm really disappointed with the return of my comforter. I spent $280 on it, paid you guys almost $40 to wash/dry it and despite it being the first time washed, some areas are flat and lack fluff, while others are overstuffed. I specifically chose this place to avoid such issues, and I'm left with the worst possible outcome. It looks extremely cheap now

Will not be returning. Absolutely ruined my jacket. Firstly, the buttons that held the faux fur were there when I handed over my jacket- I know because the worker helped me remove the piece while at the business- now I’m missing half of them with no explanation. Secondly, the details of this jacket - the faux leather is so ruined, the aesthetic is gone. It is no longer a nice jacket but a tacky one. Took my shirts dry cleaned. My shirts came back wrinkled. Very poor job. I will not be using this company anymore
