Roland was professional, a good communicator and a great listener. He genuinely is interested in ensuring your cleaning needs are addressed and met. Our carpets were long past due for cleaning and he did a great job. Will book again, thank you for coming out.

KC Clean Carpets did a great job cleaning our basement carpet. Easy to schedule & great communication leading up to arrival. The serviceman Roland was very friendly & knowledgeable. I will definitley use again when we need our main level cleaned.

I have used this company for about 3 years now, he takes care of my personal home in Lenexa and all my rentals that I own and manage throughout KCK and Johnson county!! Roland and his team are amazing, great customer service and excellent work!! They don’t only leave your carpet super clean but they also get rid of pet odors!!
