I booked an expedited appointment and Roland was able to get fit me in as early as the same day– we booked it a couple days later due to my own availability. He arrived on time and was very friendly and reviewed everything I needed done before starting on my carpets. He treated my pet stained carpets and they are so clean now and smell great! Absolutely great! We had years of pee stains in our carpet and he got it out within the hour very quick! Our carpet looks brand new.
