KC did a great and very thorough job. Got rid of an old stain that was embedded in the carpet that I was sure was there to stay forever.
We recently moved into a new house, and honestly, the carpets were disgusting—to the point we thought we were going to have to replace them. Our white tile looked gray, and the light grout was practically black. I had personally scrubbed the tile/grout and cleaned the carpets myself, but nothing made a real difference. I can’t recommend this company enough!! We were planning on tearing out or carpet and replacing it this fall. We figured we would do one final cleaning to get us to that point. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. One of the rooms was really bad with pet stains and kid stain (nail polish, slime, markers, you name it). Almost everything came out. Very disappointed with the service. I had three standard rooms steamed cleaned with spot treatment. Not all stains came out the carpet. Paid $378 and the next day my carpets didn't look any different from before they came besides a few stains that was removed. I then re done the floors myself and it shows my carpets was not done how they should of been done paying that kind of money for services and for it to be cleaned. I dont recommend.
KC carpet care was on time and did a great. job on both the carpret and floor tile cleaning and grout sealing. I. would highly recommend them, and use their services again.
