Just got off the phone with Nicole who seemed wholly uninterested in helping or talking to me. She sighed throughout the entire conversation, was short and rude with her answers, and ultimately I didn't get anything booked. Very bad first impression as I tried to become a new patient.

Due to malpractice I nearly lost my life receiving a simple biopsy. I had to be rushed to the ER almost immediately after my biopsy with Tracey Arwood and Michelle Goss. I will be continuing to seek answers as to why my care was failed, due to this procedure I nearly went septic if the Dr’s at St Luke’s didn’t save my life. This was a simple removal. The receptionist was very cold and rude when my child needed to get an emergency appointment. One employee told my son he could use the remote in the lobby, she said he couldn’t. She was snappy with other patients while I was there. Short in conversation and with a bad attitude. Glasses and ombré hair dye. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
