Terrible! They don't do true DSCR loans. The property appraised and it makes considerably more than enough in STR income historically to justify the loan. There underwriters are ridiculous! And it's not truly a DSCR LOAN IF THEY WANT TO CONSIDER ISSUES OTHER THAN APPRAISAL AMOUNT, RENTAL INCOME AND CASH IN THE BANK. They're considering information outside the normal appraisal processes and procedures mandated by law. Good luck with these chumps!
