Love this place!! My son feels so comfortable with the staff!
The staff has always been friendly, however, within the last couple of months the quality of their performance has declined. We have been patients for many years and have had no issues, really ever, up until today being the last straw for me. The staff had such a lack of compassion. There was an issue with my insurance and as I was sitting in their waiting area with other parents and patients present, "the lady" walked up to me and loudly asked to me "is this your card" and when I said yes, she then announced loudly that "my... read more
The Doctor recognized an issue with his staff within the office that I brought attention to, and he made it right by personally reaching out to me via phone. He apologized, explained how they will do better in office and was genuinely sympathetic to what concern I had expressed about the staff. This was top notch customer service! Thank you.
