KC Blueprint & Planroom knocked it out of the park for us! We ordered a bunch of swag and a canopy tent for an event, and the whole experience was top-notch. The tent itself is high quality and looks fantastic. Glenn Jr. was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. Fastest printing service in the city. Very caring and considerate to their customers. They offer such a wide variety of services. All your business and personal needs can be accomplished with them. Show room is helpful when picking out new marketing materials. I've been working with them for the past 3 years professionally and personally. I highly recommend you check them out.
Very poor checkout process. This company is living in the 1990's. In response to your comments below, I specifically have issues all the time. There are multiple pluggins that all businesses regularly use now days for standard checkout procedures that alleviate the headaches caused by your older website. #1-Your site shows our address from 10 years ago that we update every time yet it still stays the same. #2- You have a glitch/bug that forces you to add your country to checkout yet it never notifies you when it isn't checke... read more
