I was let down by the store's return policy. At first, it seems you just need to keep your receipt and return within 14 days. However, it turns out a lot of items, including wigs and cosmetics, aren't eligible for return or exchange at all. This crucial information is tucked away at the end of the receipt, making it easy to overlook. Make sure to read the entire receipt carefully to understand what you can and can't return.

I purchased eight packs of hair but only used five. I was told prior to purchasing that hair could be returned and refunded. A week later I attempted to return the hair but they refused. They refused to return, exchange or even give a store credit. Nothing! Now I’m stuck with $36.00 worth of unused, unopened hair that I will never use. 🤬 I will definitely be purchasing from a black-owed beauty supply store, who will gladly accept refunds, in the future.
