I will never shop here again; the absolute worst customer service.
This company have some good stuff when it comes to looking for hair products, wigs and etc. but there employees at this location. Well one employee which she’s either Arab or a different nationality is very disrespectful. I gave her my money and hand this thing gave it back to me on the table, but the fact the way she did it was disrespectful cause she slap it on the table like she had a problem with me. Do not use any credit or debit cards with this business. They will wait six (6) days to initiate and complete the charge. Meaning there will not be any pending or holds of funds at the time of purchase. Whatever is in your account when they run it, SIX DAYS later. That’s what will be deducted! They have no sign in the store saying this is a thing.
If you’re planning on going here, think otherwise. False advertisement on items, also false advertisement on store hours. State they close at 8pm. When arrive way before 8pm their doors were locked. They stood watching me and 4 other customers attempting to get in and did not unlock the door. Felt racially profiled my prior time here anyways
