I've never been here but the lady that braids my hair, was telling me a how the customer service was terrible and she got followed around and she'll never spend another dime in this store. Stop coming to our country and disrespecting us!

The only good thing about this place is that you can use your phone number to earn rewards as long as you remember to remind them . They are extremely unwelcoming and although I've spent hundreds of dollars I still get watched like a criminal . I will only go to crystals beauty on Columbia pike from now on .
First time walking into this store, honestly it’s so awful. The wigs, weave etc is terrible. The service is awful, the people at the counter are rude, barely want to greet anyone that walks in. I felt so uncomfortable, I won’t be coming back to this store… definitely a one star. The store needs to do better with their customer service.
