The only good thing about this place is that you can use your phone number to earn rewards as long as you remember to remind them . They are extremely unwelcoming and although I've spent hundreds of dollars I still get watched like a criminal . I will only go to crystals beauty on Columbia pike from now on .
First time walking into this store, honestly it’s so awful. The wigs, weave etc is terrible. The service is awful, the people at the counter are rude, barely want to greet anyone that walks in. I felt so uncomfortable, I won’t be coming back to this store… definitely a one star. The store needs to do better with their customer service.
I only come here as my absolute LAST resort. You will get followed, you will NOT be greeted and I agree with another review. The Arab lady at the counter has been rude a few times. Just go across the bridge to dc or md, this one is not it!
