Do not give them your business. They have terrible customer service. Never greet you yet follow you around the store, watching you. On multiple occasions I’ve come to this store and been told not to touch items. If you have items like hair and wigs out on display, how are you telling customers not to touch them. This is honestly one of the first negative reviews I’ve felt the need to leave, because I typically have really good experiences when visiting beauty supply stores and nail shops around the area. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely uncomfortable. There were about 4–5 employees in the store, yet no one bothered to greet me or even acknowledge me. I walked in here just to ask where some of the jewelry is. 30 seconds after I walk in the lady working there in the entrance is looking at me very weirdly and when I start walking over she stops me and literally grabs my hair without my consent and tries to pull it. I told her please do not touch and she just laughs and says “why.” I am shocked and horrified I will never be returning to this store please do not come here. That is literally assault I felt humiliated.
