They've done a good and quick job when working on my vehicle and they don't overcharge.
Steer clear of this place. Seriously.
Took care of us in a big way by helping us after hours when we got stranded. This thanksgiving I'm thankful for these guys. Our car broke down and engine light was on, they waited for us to get a tow and stayed after hours, and didn't charge us for the time they had to wait for us even when we offered, our car is working great now.
Saved my friends butt when he needed it in a rough spot. I appreciate any kind of shop that saves my friends.
Fuel pump ( located in the gas tank)went out on my trip home to N. Idaho, My nephew located KC Automotive. Javier and his receptionist came to my rescue! I had to stay over, but they got me back on the road early afternoon. what could have been an awful experience, turned into the best customer service experience I've had in quite a few years. Javier and his guys got the job done , in heat- let alone 1 day before the 4 th of July holiday!! You Guys Rock !
