Bought a car from dealer to find out oil was leaking. Took it to a mechanic who mentioned I would need to replace the PTU. Reached out to multiple businesses and Javi responded right away and mentioned to bring it in and they could do the job. They put the car on the lift and they let me look at the leak under the car and noted the front driver strut was shot and needed replacing as well so they ended up changing that as well as the PTU. KC Automotive was quick in getting us towed off the interstate. They were willing to stay after hours to diagnose the problem. They were extremely kind and helpful going above and beyond in helping us out.
Great service and help over all, had issues with my A/C, the shop did awesome job by diagnosing it and refilling it. Definitely would recommend, cheaper than any other shops in Moses lake. Honest Service.
