My main issues are that I was not called at any point between dropping my pickup off and when I was called to come pick it up, which was over the course of two days, to let me know what the technician had found and confirmed to be the issue and what he needed to do to repair it. Not only that, but when I went to pick it up, the technician blatantly told me to me face and my wife’s that he had changed nothing from the original estimate (which was supposed to be a “worst-case” scenario estimate), and I believed him. I really wanted to trust KC Auto Solutions, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. That being said, the actual people here speak nicely to you, however, that is about the end of the good experiences. I brought my car in for shaking and a coolant leak. They fixed both, and I thought everything was fine. A few months later, the exact same coolant leak returned. Even though the repair was supposed to be under warranty, they quoted me more money.
