I really wanted to trust KC Auto Solutions, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. That being said, the actual people here speak nicely to you, however, that is about the end of the good experiences. I brought my car in for shaking and a coolant leak. Update: after speaking with the mechanic again on Wednesday of the following week because another check engine light came on, we told him we wanted a callback from the owner. So less than 24 hours after that, we did receive a call from the owner. We discussed our concerns, and she was absolutely reasonable in hearing them. I really thought this was just going to continue to go south, but she was willing to make it right. My main issues are that I was not called at any point between dropping my pickup off and when I was called to come pick it up, which was over the course of two days, to let me know what the technician had found and confirmed to be the issue and what he needed to do to repair it. Not only that, but when I went to pick it up, the technician blatantly told me to me face and my wife’s that he had changed nothing from the original estimate (which was supposed to be a “worst-case” scenario estimate), and I believed him.
