Ordered a wench out at 6am because I was stuck in the snow. They told me that they were running behind and didn't have drivers available until 8am. I told them that was fine, just get me on the list. At 11am I called to check - told they couldn't give me an exact time probably at least an hour. Called back at 1pm to check - told they had just dispatched it and should be there in 20 minutes. Arrogant c!@$#%^&*+×s! My car had an alternator light on and needed a tow. I pulled up along side one of the trucks. No lie, told them what was going on. They refused to help or call another truck. Got told " This truck is going to Rochester, your in the way. Move it!" AAA....please reconsider them for emergency service.

Waited 5 hours for a tow. Called them numerous times asking for a ETA. They gave me the run around everytime. Ended up canceling the tow and calling a PROFESSIONAL tow company. -5 Stars.
