Five stars for the friendly service and pricing, although I did leave a little bummed out. They got me in same day, on short notice, to replace a ball joint for me. Helped me immensely and I appreciate that. When I returned later in the afternoon to pick up the knuckle I noticed my wheel bearing now grinds and has play it in. That was not the case when I took it in. Dust shield is torn, but that's the least of my concerns. I would've paid them to replace the hub/bearing but I guess that's not a service they provide. We almost took our vehicle to KC & Sons for replacement of our alternator last month. We were considering them and another local shop, both of which were near our home and had good online reviews. We decided to go with the formal shop, which replaced the alternator, primary battery, secondary battery, serpentine belt, and drive belt tensioner assembly. Needed to have my diesel truck diagnosed, the guy didn't know anything about diesel truck. Charged me $75.00 and didn't figure out anything.
