We used KC & Sons for the first time after we had a battery replaced (by someone else) that didn't fix our problem. They had to replace the alternator twice (first one was defective out of the package) and then replace the new battery as well as it was sub-optimal as well. I appreciate their patience through the ordeal. It was sure nice not having to have to get the car towed to a shop. We will be using them again.
KC & Sons came out today to repair the positive battery wiring on my Corolla. They replaced the dual leads that connect to the positive post, installed a new positive post connector, and cleaned out all the built‑up corrosion. They also cleaned the main positive connector, tested the new battery, and confirmed the alternator was charging properly. The mechanic came a little early, which was no problem for us. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. An explanation of the service was given in an understandable way. Friendly service and polite. The price was more than reasonable. We will definitely consider using them again.
My husband found them on Google and we are very pleased with their work. Great prices very punctual very honest great customer service I can go on and on about how wonderful they are but seriously they go above and beyond we are blessed to have now are only mechanic. We won't need to rely on any other person thank you guys
