Ive been at KBX PHX since Feb 2020, yes During the pandemic! They offer in person or live virtual training sessions. I love the friendly environment. Everyone feels welcome! You don’t have to any martial experience……. KBX offer full body workout! You will definitely break a sweaty n more! It’s kept me mobile and active!! Come try it out!!!
KBX PHX is such an amazing place! The workout is challenging, the instructors are so kind, and the everyone there is incredibly inclusive. There are people all shapes, sizes, and abilities. I’ve gone to classes alone and had people ask my name and introduce themselves almost every time.
It’s been YEARS doing any sort of exercise. I was skeptical at first, thinking that everyone would be watching me or judging me since it being my first time. Jade & her coworker(i forget her name) they were so WELCOMING, making me feel comfortable. They were there to guide me and let me know that i can do it at my own pace. I had such an AMAZING time. I cannot wait to go back!
From the moment I walked into KBX PHX, I felt completely welcomed and supported. The atmosphere is electric with positivity, and the staff go out of their way to make everyone—regardless of fitness level—feel like they belong. Coach Jade is absolutely phenomenal. Her energy is contagious, and she knows exactly how to motivate you to push past your limits while still making every class fun and approachable.
I went in with a friend. It was our first time. We had such a good workout.
