This is the first place I've found, gym or studio, that feels like a force of nature but with the emotional maturity of a monk. A lot of places claim to go hard but fall flat or are inconsistent. A lot of places claim to be inclusive, non toxic, and supporting but end up only serving certain communities. KBX does everything it claims to do and more. Give it a shot, you'll be happy you did.
I’ve been going to KBX for about a year now. When I started I was going through a hard period in my life and I also was never one that really liked getting into workout/fitness. KBX was a life saver for me and gave me the spark I needed to enjoy life again. While KBX is a whole different level, it has great instructors and you can do the class at your own pace. Coach Jade, Kelli, Joe, Billy, and other instructors are phenomenal. Come check it out, it’s SO worth your time!

Ive been at KBX PHX since Feb 2020, yes During the pandemic! They offer in person or live virtual training sessions. I love the friendly environment. Everyone feels welcome! You don’t have to any martial experience……. KBX offer full body workout! You will definitely break a sweaty n more! It’s kept me mobile and active!! Come try it out!!!
