I recently took my first free class at KBX PHX, and it was an amazing experience! The instructors were incredibly supportive and encouraging and I loved how they kept things fun and engaging. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and effective way to work out.
I have tried out several taekwondo places in the valley, endless yoga, and lots of different workouts over the years. This is by far the kindest place, and a killer workout. Jades classes have been absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend them more!
Wow! What a great experience for my boyfriend's 8 year old son. Coach Joe was PHENOMENAL. The facility is clean and mats are super soft according to W! We will be going back again. Overall this place is great for kids and adults!
Teacher is very knowledgeable and very patient. Love the vibe and music.
I am going through grief and really don't know how to deal with the anger part of it. Literally, I saw an ad at 6am, and by 6pm, the same day after meeting with Jade on a whim, I was already there gearing up for my first class. I've done only two classes as of this AM; one in the studio, one online -- the convenience of having that tech availability is AMAZING!
