Stay away from this company. They are horrible fiduciaries and stewards of your money. I have written off everything investing in one of their REITs. I would strongly advise you to avoid any and all interactions with this company. I should have done better research into their history. The commercial properties selected in the REIT were in risky markets (Portland, Houston, Chicago), yet they gladly purchased them, gained all their fees, and did a horrible job managing the assets to the point that investors will likely lose ev... read more

The worst tenant experience ever...... Here are the facts! When we discussed an extension that they increased the rent so high we couldn't extend. When we had an issue with suicidal birds flying into our windows next to our seats, it took over a year to resolve and daily messages with no resolution until all the birds died. They removed access to our balcony, the reason for getting the suite, without notice and snuck a worker in to lock the door.
