I don't often take the time to write reviews but my experience with Kim at KBS lending was so terrible and beyond unprofessional I feel compelled to warn others. I chose to go with KBS lending on a refi loan for an investment property because they offered a refinance option at 85%... big mistake! The PMI is simply hidden in other fees and the interest rate.
