We completely regret using KBS Homecenter in Kilmarnock to do the tile in our house before we moved in. The tile came out beautifully, done by a subcontractor. But the contractor, Marcelo, could not be contacted, unless he was coming to me to be paid. When the tile was finished, and he was paid 95%, he disappeared. The baseboards were not put back in many areas, nor the quarter round to cover the edges. Marcelo and his crew did a wonderful job on my 4 bathroom sinks. Marcelo listened and called me to come in to mark my slab. They were early on the install. They did a great job on the project and his crew took out my old counters and installed the new ones with absolutely no mess or us having to do any drywall repairs. Highly recommend!
Did a great job on our island. It is beautiful. Easy to work with and very transparent pricing. They were on the high side for granite and low to middle on quartzite. Didn't look at quartz. Somewhat difficult to reach on the phone, but well worth a few tries. Once we had made contact with them and had a cell number, extremely responsive and great communication. Very fast. Stone was ready in just a couple days.
Great work for a very fair price. Very professional and were on time for all appointments.
