For me, the Best auto repair shop in Prescott is KB's AAA Automotive on Bird Street. I have a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner, SR5, with over 306,000 miles on her original engine. Kevin and Linette Bennett, owners of KB's, and their crew of talented, caring, and thoughtful mechanics: Anthony-manager, Thomas and Quinton, have all kept my Toyota purring, and in top running shape. I only trust my Toyota to be cared for by this group...they are the BEST!
Got us in right away but exorbitantly overcharged. Don’t come here unless you want to pay thru the nose! So much for reading the reviews prior to coming here.
Kevin did an amazing job in a short amount of time. He communicated well and went above and beyond to service my car. Thank you Kevin!!
