RecommendedExcellent shower pans. Extremely easy to install and are durable and create a leak proof shower system. The best on the market!
I bought the tile ready tub, and niche, and sealant. However, they sent me a tube of sealant that was defective and blew out on the side. I asked them to replace it (a measly $13) but they acted like I wasn’t being honest . I have not her shower to do but I’ll never buy from these peo-le again. For a measly $13.
Top notch customer service! We realized our hard curb was not in the box with the shower pan a day before we were set to install it. We had ordered the 'system' 2 months ago after researching our choices for 4 months or so. Called customer service around 1pm that day and the hard curb was delivered via FedEx at my door in the am the next day! Worked out great, the company is responsive and it's a great product. I would definitely use them again. The tilers thought the product was great.
We purchased a shower basin 36"x54" and a installation kit. The kit did not have enough shower seal or water proofing. It was their standard kit. It actually wasn't enough to cover a 36"x36" shower. I believe they do this so you have to then purchase more of the products at extremely high prices.You can buy water proofing and sealants at Home Depot a lot cheaper!!! Richard Bray
I like their shower pans but they are very pricy. If you want to save time installing and don't mind the high price then go for it, I did but have regrets. Had to send shower slope back and reordered a custom slope. Took me a long time to get my refund back on the one I sent back. Had to file a claim with pay pal cause I could not get a response From KBRS. They would not respond to e mail. When I called they verified they received it back Took almost a month to get refund.
