Bought a shower slope pan cut to fit size very happy with over all product ! Easy to cut and install with hard curb! First time using this product! They will have me back again! It was too easy! Definitely 5 star.

Bought the 40 x 60 center drain model and was very impressed. It arrived in 3 days from time of order. well packed and protected for shipping. Clear direction on installation.

To the negative reviewers: Folks, it's a small company, don't expect Amazon level customer service. Only a few people probably working phones but in my opinion it's better that way. I would support an American company like this in a heartbeat (and have through my first time purchase)! I'm a first time customer and absolutely love this company and the product seems awesome, I'm really blown away and wish more people knew about kbrs. Would rate 0 but not an option. HORRIBLE customer service...actually, NO customer service available. Initial custom basin took 2 weeks & was wrong - KBRS did not build to specification. Was promised by Rex (VP of Sales) they would expedite rebuild & ship on Wed. for delivery on Fri. Never received tracking on Wed. so called on Thu. to be told it hadn't shipped but would ship that day. Clever product. VERY POOR Customer Service. Spent ~$1,000 for semi-custom tile basin/ & products. Took 2 weeks to receive the product. Construction was at a halt for this period. Drain hole was not drilled according to the Order Form submitted (1" short). Company is closed on weekends so we couldn't even make up the construction timeline. Called at 1st business on Monday but was told that only ONE person manages the emails containing customer disputes & that once that person (Jason) arrives, he will contact me.

I bought the tile ready tub, and niche, and sealant. However, they sent me a tube of sealant that was defective and blew out on the side. I asked them to replace it (a measly $13) but they acted like I wasn’t being honest . I have not her shower to do but I’ll never buy from these peo-le again. For a measly $13.
