I too love this credit union... only good things to say about the staff and members that I know and have completed numerous business transactions over the past 15 years... patients~...
Updated their website but still living in the stone age requiring payment through mail. Providing the fraudsters in business.
Horrible Customer Service. they will never pick phone. recently they upgraded the website and I faced issue in online banking after upgrade as need to have new login etc. and its not working. Website says to call a number and have called so many times and it always goes on voice mail even after full ring
I love this credit union. Teri Billiot is my Member Service Manager and she is responsive to my inquiries. And I've processed 2 loans through Deanna Robinson who has been nothing but professional and prompt throughout both processes. She makes the whole thing seamless. I have had a credit card through them, as well, since 1995 and they have never raised the interest on the card. I love them because there are no unwanted surprises. If you are considering leaving your bank and joining this credit union, stop thinking about it.... read more
