Called when they said they would. Polite clean work man solved our problem. Would use them again
The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you. She solved our problem without needing an electrician. I would use them in the future.
I used this company as they were local, we called as we had no electric. We were not told about an initial call out charge and the engineer arrived quickly. He re-set the trip switch which took around 5 seconds. We were then charged £54.00. People be aware of their call out fee. I will not be using this company again.
