Kevin did a wonderful job on my car. It has never run so smoothly before and every complaint I had was thoroughly listened too, as well as acted upon. I found the service to be phenomenal as well as the overall results. Will continue to use KBK for all of my auto needs.
Fat boy Kevin, the owner, became belligerent with me after stopping to inquire about his vehicle for sale out front of the shop. Ran me out and threatened me. Other customers waiting were horrified. He’s been arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and possession of morphine and oxycodone. No wonder he is so combative. Do you really want to trust that “mechanic” with your vehicle? Scary! Don’t walk, RUN!
They just ripped me off with the service they use the cheapest oil brad and the don't do it professionally they not good and not friendly don't come to this place
Big guy was very rude. I understand we all have bad days we've spent thousands of dollars at your shop, there was absolutely no reason for him 'mechanic' to yell and be rude and aggressive like he was. The lady who was there with the dog was very nice but told me he's the mechanic and doesn't want to do the job I'm sorry. There are way too many places in tampa for people to go to. You guys just lost my bussines and my families bussines and every body I know won't go to your shop.
