Scheduled a routine dental cleaning the second week of May. The earliest appointment they could get me was today September 17th. I was put on the waiting list for cancellations. I never got a call. The receptionist called me this morning at 8:00 a.m. to let me know that my appointment for 11:00 a.m. today was cancelled. She said the hygienist called in sick, and the dental hygienist is leaving the clinic next Thursday. Worst healthcare I have ever experienced, and when my wife and I complained to the administrator said administrator grabbed and shoved me from behind knocking my bad shoulder out of place (two weeks of incredible pain during thanksgiving. I was shoved while pushing my wife out the office in a wheelchair. They also failed to provide my wife with the information that she has a new fibro diagnosis this year as well as had a recent heart attack.
