We hired KBI because we had a blockage in our main line, causing the toilet to leak into the crawl space if an attempt to flush was made. We were concerned it would be something much worse than a simple blockage, but KBI was able to diagnose the issue quickly and put our minds at ease. The customer service was excellent and our problem was fixed faster than I could have ever imagined. Highly recommend KBI and we will be using them from now on!

Called K.B.I. In the mist of a very busy and wet Spring. Keith showed up and in minutes said it was Water Company issue and tips on how to get them out since they kept refusing. Keith didn’t charge me. From the moment I called KBI I felt comfortable what a great company would highly recommend for are your plumbing needs..thanks Keith
Keith and his crew were awesome. They replaced a section of sewer line under my basement floor. Right on time. Super polite. Kept me informed the whole time. Oh, and the work is top notch. Definitely recommend these guys.
