Buyer beware!! I hired KBI (Kenneth) to rebuild a bathroom, and a few other items around my home after a remediation project. He collected 50% up front, and things started smoothly. However within a month or so things started going downhill. His cabinet maker couldn't install the cabinets under the existing granite counters, and so that was the first delay.
