Buyer beware!! I hired KBI (Kenneth) to rebuild a bathroom, and a few other items around my home after a remediation project. He collected 50% up front, and things started smoothly. However within a month or so things started going downhill. His cabinet maker couldn't install the cabinets under the existing granite counters, and so that was the first delay. Awful, totally unacceptable trade practice. Extremely poor quality of work . Starting August 2024 job has not been completed.

A pipe burst damaging the bathrooms in our home. My brother is a plumber and recommended KBI for the water damage cleanup. They arrived quickly and explained the process in terms that were easy to understand. Once the work began, the team was polite and efficient.
