Not happy they want the buyers to pre-qualified with them because of there partnership with the construction company, even that you bring your pre-qualification and information of your lender they don't accept, they want to sale, be the lender and control all in house. Gold canyon az location

I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Doug Higgins from KBHS Home Loans. After politely declining his loan products and explaining that I was comfortable with my current loan provider, Doug pressed me for a reason. I told him my decision was personal and that I didn’t feel comfortable sharing the details. Instead of respecting my privacy, he laughed—as if my decision was a joke. Me and my husband were trying to get the house on Tierra Bella community in March 2023. We signed contract and put earnest money $2000 to make sure that we are in. The horror and misery started when we were referred to Larry Huffmeister! Initially he offered different opinions that were acceptable and reasonable.
