update: 19 Feb 2016-I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and it was CLOSED do to no response by KBC Home Improvements. I did notice now that THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED/MEMBERS. In October, when we were researched the company they were A plus accredited with two complaints, both of which were resolved and now I see they have over 19 complaints. I have seen how many customers he is screwing it been since how many suppliers do you owe steve,October when people bought windows from him and still havent been installed, plus thier supplier put liens on 30 plus customers. They havent paid
I too am a contractor. I haven't been paid either and the homeowners have paid. I am putting Liens on homes and starting legal action as well. He got paid and still doesn't pay the subs. Do not hire this thief!!!!
I am a roofing contractor. I did several roofs for Kbc home improvement, Steve and Julie Lewis owners, they never paid me for my work. Unfortunately, the innocent home owners have paid and now the work is not insured and I will place liens on all their properties. In the process of starting legal action on them.
