BEWARE! Unprofessional and tried to do a commercial build out for me in 2015. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Practicing out of his scope of knowledge. Delayed my project for almost one year due to permitting issues and poor sub contract labor. I would advise you to find another builder with integrity and professionalism.
Scam! beware. Kristian Bell has lack of professionalism not to mention basic oversight of his jobs. The man took advantage of a single woman that lived alone without experience and required cash. Not check .....only cash!!! Hand written contract. Red flag 🚩 As you can imagine he disappeared without finishing. However not before being very disrespectful to the home owner. I would suggest you do some research before ever using.
I have used KBC on more than one occasion for diff jobs! Love their staff, creativity and quality!!!
I have used KBC twice. They did a fantastic job on both of my renovations.
