Steer clear! I used KBC for several months and they didn't do a very good job. Things were never completely cleaned especially the wood floors...sometimes they were not done at all. They used a chemical on my new dresser which resulted in damage. They sent in their expert who agreed they damaged the dresser, which they agreed to compensate me for and were never to be heard from again.
Incredible, quality service. I already referred to a friend.
