She was straight up with telling me that they didn't have the car I was looking to buy but continued to check in with me to see if I was still interested in selling my old car to them. I had the pleasure of meeting with several KBB personnel during the process of selling my used car to KBB. Each one was friendly and professional and went out of their way to help me. I was very, very impressed with the entire operation and would recommend KBB to anyone.
Fantastic from start to finish! Initially I was doubtful that the process would go smoothly, wouldn't they eventually pressure me in to buying something, but nope! I had to reschedule several times and had no trouble making that happen. I got a little less than I hoped for but certainly a fair price. Lota, Jackie, Kevin, Kelly and Shelby were all pleasant to deal with and delivered as promised and with a smile. I would not hesitate to use Town and Country Honda again!
