I was referred to KB because I had purchased some custom chrome wheels for my new 2026 Lincoln Corsair. The Lincoln dealer tried just one wheel to installed the new tire from my new Lincoln and they had a very difficult time trying to get the bead to seal on the new wheels so I was told they couldn’t install them! KB AUTO STOLE $75 FROM ME !!! I brought my SUV to KB Auto due to a noise and when I drove up they instantly said based on the noise they knew I needed a new power steering pump so they ordered one. I drove home, popped the hood and found the power steering fluid very low. I spent a few dollars on some fluid and all was well. I called KB Auto to tell them I did not need the pump they said I needed. They charged me $75 for restocking a pump I never ordered in the first place and didn’t even need.
