Our experience with K & B Windows was very disappointing. The quality of workmanship was poor, communication was inconsistent, and customer service sorely lacking. Our windows and doors arrived late, delaying our renovation. Two windows were not manufactured properly and leaked after install - causing water damage to the timber reveals. Part of a sliding door was faulty and had to be replaced. The mesh on a flyscreen door was poorly installed and broke within the first two months. I can't fault these guys. We were looking to have our whole house double glazed, and I'm so glad I came across them. The whole process, from my first visit to the factory where I spoke with Rodel about what I was looking for, to the conclusion once our windows had been fitted, was flawless. We replaced 3 old doors in our 1980s built mudbrick house with K&B double glazed, thermally blocked doors and the improvement is amazing. The build quality is excellent. They shut like airlocks! Our house is notably warmer this winter. Thank you Rodel and K&B Windows
I highly recommend Rodel and the team at K & B windows. The quality of their doors and windows are 1st class. I have to say the service, from quoting stage to construction to delivery is nothing short of outstanding. Very approachable and flexible who work with you all the way through any project providing guidance and care. It was so great to experience this type of customer service. I strongly recommend.
