Great experience. I was surprised how careful, painless and comfortable my facial with Kaitlin was, since I didn’t have a good experience at a different salon I went to. This was my first time, and she was very thorough, clean, hygienic and truly professional. She gave me some good tips and pointers (i.e., she could tell I hadn’t changed my razor blade in a while) and gave me a sample cream for home care for acne and hydration. Highly recommend.
