I would HIGHLY recommend Kayla's class! It was so fun, and she was a great instructor. I had never been paddle boarding and it wasn't nearly as difficult as I expected since you're anchored to a floating platform. I did three classes with her and each one was different; she was also able to adjust to accommodate different skill levels. I will definitely be back next summer!!

Kayla is amazing! I am not an avid yoga person and I have only paddle boarded twice, but she calmed all my worries right away. She goes over exactly what is going to happen and helps you if you are struggling with the board. This is a fantastic workout. My abs were sore for days after my first class. I highly recommend Kayla and paddle board yoga to anyone of any ability. I have also participated in her sunset yoga on the beach. What a calming experience! Kayla is a great yoga instructor! I had an awesome time at my paddle board yoga classes at Shady Oak Beach. Kayla makes everyone feel welcome and engaged in the class. Yoga on the lake is very relaxing, but you also get a good workout in!

KB Sculpt baddleboard class is awesome! Such a fun experience & a great workout!! Can't wait to attend another class in a few weeks!
