My company hoisted HVAC units for Sheldon and KB plumbing. After 9 months of not paying the bill and blocking my phone number when trying to call him for payment he tried calling me for another lift. When I spoke to Sheldon the owner about this he told me his name was Andrew. Several weeks later he told me his name was Tyler. Then in a final act of weakness he gave me his parents phone number.

Sheldon and his team left me very impressed today while I was in the middle of a no-heat crisis and living out of town. Despite having a massive workload, his team made time for my rapidly cooling house and saved the day in a very cost effective and strategic manner. Fully recommended.

No showed on original agreed upon date. After calling them I was told I was mistaken and the appointment was the next day. No showed again the next day with no call. I can post the transcript of our original conversation if you would like. Where you had trouble with your new computer system to actually enter in the appointment. Where we talked about the employee possibly coming to take a look at the job on Monday afternoon before starting the job fist thing Tuesday morning. These guys are fantastic. You won't find plumbers any better than these guys. They're super busy - and there's a reason for that.
