So you took reservations for out event then a few weeks later u call and cancel because u had a wedding that needed the seating never again worst company ever.
Jake has been SO amazing!!! He made sure to calm my overthinking mind when I started worrying about not having enough time to decorate the tent for our wedding, and even went above and beyond to show up earlier for me! HIGHLY recommend!!! What a great company and such amazing professionalism! Thank you again Jake!☺️
I had my wedding on 4/20/24. The guy I worked with was very punctual in the back and forth but clearly does not know to do business. I asked for four sides to the tent I rented as I was going to need to heat it because it cold! 9 am morning of the event I get pictures showing two GAPING holes in the side of my tent to be heated. Now to be clear I got exactly what I asked for. Rented tent walls for our 20x40 tent because the forcast was rain the day of our party. Paid them the deposit immediately and did it thru cash app as requested by Jake. He assured me the walls would be delivered to my house the day before our party around 4pm. No one ever showed up and he never again answered a text message, no phone call and his phone voicemail box was full. I think this is a scam.
