SERVICE WITH A SMILE! And a price that ROCKS! We got a new-to-us Mercedes Metris about 15 months ago. It had 12k miles. The dealer wanted $1,200 for a service!! Yikes. Not KB!! $250. Ah, save a thousand dollars? YES PLEASE. But what really blew me away and made me a customer for life is their service. These guys are car guys. I've been bringing my car here for a year or so now and the staff are always great to talk to. I like to do some of my own work and they can tell me what jobs I should do and which are more complicated. This time that I picked up, I ended up talking to Vlad. Highly recommended. They have taken care of my past 3 cars and will continue to do so now I have another Mercedes. I did recommend them to my friend that was told at a Mercedes dealership her mechanical repair would be so expensive she should just buy another car. Guess what, the guys at KB were able to correctly diagnose what was wrong and they fixed it very easily, involving wayyyy less expense. A1.
