Earl came out to fix our broken drawer. He replaced the glides and repaired the broken drawer box. He was professional, friendly, and kind. He did a great job. Thanks Earl!

We ordered cabinets through KB because that’s the vendor used for our new build by Stanley Martin. (We were told ahead of time by the contractor overseeing our build, that KB was difficult to deal with). We reached out and ordered anyway. After our initial contact with Courtney, we placed our order. It took over a month with zero communication before we finally reached out to ask what the timeline would be.
