I have been going to KB Jewelers for over a decade now. The father-son duo is an extraordinary team. They are experienced, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. They conduct business with curiosity, integrity, and open-mindedness. They are my go-to for jewelry-related questions, cleaning, and purchases. In addition, I highly recommend them for assistance with broken jewelry, antique pieces, and custom designs. In the words of Gen Z, "I have no notes!"
I came in to get batteries replaced in my watches and Robert was so so helpful. He is very skilled, helpful and kind. The store is beautiful, the jewelry is all stunning. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend KB jewelers & Robert.
Rob did a great job making a custom band for my wife’s engagement ring. 10/10
I have joyed both my experiences at KB jewelers. Rob was thoughtful and walked me through my options when I lost two small stones on an antique ring. I ended up resetting it where he would custom make the setting to look like the original but sturdier so no more stones could get lost. I was hesitant at first as I thought sturdier = much thicker, hut his work is stunning and he nailed it! Thanks again, Rob!
