I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the owner of KB HOMES REALTY on Facebook. Although I’ve never met her in person, our online interaction left a lot to be desired. She was not only unfriendly but also demeaning in her comments. As someone who has purchased a home in the past, I know how important it is to work with a realtor who is approachable, professional, and respectful.
