I just want to give Glenn Wright a round of applause. He has been just absolutely great with his customer service. Since taking over as my point of contact for any home service requests he has taken care of same day or scheduled repairs within a day or two. Most recently he took care of a small roofing issue while I was at work and he had the roofer inspect the rest of the roof outside of the area I requested and was taken care of before the rain came that day. He is always a text or call away to answer any questions I have ... read more

KB sales staff is rude, they have the guts to tell their customers in a extremely loud and violent tone to get out of their office, as we don't serve tards like you. Just because their houses cost less (using low quality material and labor) that does not give them the permissions to call their customers whatever they feel like calling them. I got kicked out of their office, because I pointed out a low quality workmanship in the house that I was interested in.
