I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars. We are very disappointed in how small the garage space and length of driveway is. It makes it very difficult to have room for supplies and cars when there are multiple adults living in the home with a car. This becomes an issue when the HOA does not allow parking on the street. KB Homes, you should really consider increasing the driveway length in the design of your homes to alleviate the stress of parking cars. 1 Star – Unacceptable Conduct and Severe Lack of Professionalism I am deeply disturbed by the way I was treated during a phone call with the KB Home sales office in Indian Land, South Carolina. From the outset, the sales representative was aggressively focused on a hard sale and spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone. We had an outstanding experience at Wilson Creek. Jatashia is an immaculate professional and truly exceptional to work with through the entire process. Her upbeat personality is contagious. She's very knowledgeable and proactively communicated. We were always informed about what was happening and what to expect next. Lack of customer service. The representatives do not know the prices of their quick move-in homes. Sparks and Jatashia are rude and not knowledgeable about quick move-in homes.
