Beautiful home.
Heads up when buying a home from KB these are a the issue I’m dealing with now 2 years into the home. I asked multiple times the first month and before the year warranty was over and it they kept stating they would come and take care of it and they never did. When it rains water gets into my garage due to drainage problems.
Nice area, and the homes offer good size for the money. Ivan was our salesperson, and he was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for. Will definitely stay in touch with him till it is time for us to buy.
What a beautiful community! It’s convenient to shopping but tucked away from traffic noise. The sales rep Stephanie was so pleasant and helpful too!
