I bought my first home here one year ago, already built. Although the buying experience was good, the rest of the construction process in the condo has been very unpleasant. Several months with trash, trucks blocking the roads, water leaking, gas leakings, tons of stones everywhere and our houses are still surrounded by trash and cones. It's really frustrating and unpleasant to enter and leave the condo every time. I really hope we can solve this situation soon. It's supposed to be a very nice and clean condo.

Terrible home buying experience. If you’re considering buying a home here, you’re better off going to Meritage homes down the street. Better home quality, lower HOA fee, and way better home buying experience. If you deal with ANGELA ROSS, she is super unprofessional. She is the AREA MANAGER for KB Home. She makes a lot of undelivered promises when it comes to home buying—I was promised a lot of incentives to buy a home, but ANGELA ROSS and KB Home refused to have those promises in writing or on the buyer purchase agreement. ... read more
