Overall I love my home, I am displeased with the warranty experience that I have had. The new rep was very helpful in getting things scheduled and completed, but the contractors who came to my home did not consider quality. I had a very poor experience with the warranty team previously trying to get this repair scheduled, with the new rep it was taken care of and scheduled, but the quality of their repairs was done very poorly.
